1: Don't drink caffeinated beverages:

If you have a habit of drinking tea or coffee before going to bed, then this habit can be the biggest obstacle in your sleep.
Experts advise never to drink caffeinated beverages before going to bed. If there is a habit, try to get rid of it immediately.

2: Set the a bedtime for yourself:

Some people are sleep deprived. They seems to be proud to say that they have no time to sleep. Or they may be forced to stay up late at night, even when they are asleep.

If you do so, you do wrong. Setting a bedtime is as necessary as closing your eyes for a sound sleep. When you try to sleep with restraint at that time, the body and mind become accustomed to it and as soon as that time comes, the brain signals to the body cells that now is the time to sleep.

Thus, a person's fixed time of sleeping and waking up causes him to fall asleep and as soon as he puts his head on the pillow, he falls asleep.

3: Take a shower with lukewarm water:

People who have sleep deprivation should take a warm shower before going to bed. In this way, their body and mind will be at peace and they will fall asleep as soon as they go to bed.

4: Use a comfortable bed and pillow:

Remember that some people do not get a good night's sleep because their bed is not comfortable. Even if your bed and pillow are not comfortable, you will not be able to get a good night's sleep. The discomfort of a bed is extremely bad for you sleep. Trust me you are not gonna get any sleep at all if you are not comfortable with what you are lying on. So arrange yourself a nice, comfortable bed and pillows.

5: Stay away from your mobile phone:

When you lie down in bed to sleep, take your mobile phone away from you. Because often when you are sleepy but still using mobile phone sleep is blown away. If you want to sleep well, then as soon as you go to bed, silent your mobile phone and put it aside.

6: The habit of reading a book:

Nothing is as effective in making you fall asleep as reading a book. Most people fall asleep as soon as they start reading a book. I have found it personally true. So make it a habit to read a book before going to bed. Start reading two or four pages of any story, book. Incorporate this habit into your daily life, and you will see improvement in your sleep quality.

7: Meditate:

People who suffer from insomnia should make it a habit to meditate. Sit on the bed. Put your hands on your knees. Close your eyes and recite. Keep breathing deeply.

Get in the habit of meditating for 5 to 10 minutes before going to bed. This way you will start falling asleep on time.

 8: Don't sleep too much at the wrong time:


Even if you are accustomed to sleeping long hours on holidays, or taking long naps at any time of the day, you may still have problems with sleep deprivation at night. So try not to fall asleep during the day. Don't sleep on a long stretch on a holiday. Get into the habit of sleeping on time. That way you will fall asleep on time. Share a good thing in a big group.
